😊 To better your stay, and avoid extra charges, and encourge us to stay op, Please comply with all our house rules/ policies 😊

✅-Please NO Pets/Events/extra guests/visitors/drone/commercial photography/trap shooting/ fire works, unless pre-arranged with us with a confirmation from us. Guest is anyone other then infants, except the Tree House, which does not accommodate children 12 years or younger due to 15 ft. elevation.

✅-Please No smoking of any kind inside or near the cabin. Marijuana/cannabis/firearms are prohibited on property. Smoking is allowed only outside and away from the deck. Please be mindful of the fire hazard in summer and please pick up your own smoking related trash.

✅-ATVs or loud vehicles are allowed for parking only to ride in Cross Bar ranch. No trap shooting.

✅-Drive only on designated road; not on grass! Park only on graveled driveways.🌱

✅-Any Violation of above policies, or excessive mess /damage to the property, guests
will be charged between $100-$1000 depending on the case.‼️

✅-No loud or boisterous behavior will be tolerated. We reserve the right to evict any guest without refund for improper behavior or breaking of the policies.

✅We are not responsible for any losses or accidents that occur during your stay.

✅ Early check in or late check out with a small fee is upon availability, check with us ahead of time.

🪵 For your convenience, we have stocked some fire wood near the entrance, it’s donation based to help local boy scout. Please be mindful of other guests’ portion and use discretion for your consumption.
