1.No events/outside guests/visitors unless prearranged.
2.No Smoking and no pets allowed. Failure to comply will result in charges between $100-$1,000.
3.Adults only, unless pre arranged.
Failure to comply with the above three policies will result in charges between $100-$1,000.
-- Arrival is 4:00 pm or later, departure is 11:00 am. unless prearranged.
-- For cancelation, 7 days prior to arrival notice required via email or text for full refund on deposit. And 14 days for group reservation.
-- Balance is due around arrival, and will be charged to the same credit card used prior.
-- Guests will be responsible for paying for any damages to both inside and outside the facilities charged to your credit card.
-- No loud or boisterous behavior. We reserve the right to evict any guests without refund for improper behavior or breaking of our policies.
-- We are not responsible for any losses or accidents which occur during your stay.

You may cancel your reservation without consequence up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival. After this date, we have the right to keep your deposit that is applied to balance to secure dates reserved. Also, if you have to cancel within the 14 days and we are able to book your canceled dates we will refund the deposit of course.
