We had a large group for a birthday celebration. The accommodations suited our needs very well. Close to Cades Cove for cycling the 11 mile loop. We played games on the outside deck, nice large outdoor table. Very spacious for our 8 people to spread out and enjoy the views and our time together.

We had up to 9 guest stay here at this cabin. It was clean, comfortable and the view from the main floor was spectacular. It’s so nice to have a place to go that you can brings the dogs. The cabin pictures are accurate and the communications with the hosts were outstanding. There is so much to do in the area that we will have to come back. Just loved our stay.

We loved our stay, the rooms were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. There were 10 of us celebrating my sisters 50th wedding anniversary and I can’t think of another place to be than there! The hosts were so nice I highly recommend staying here!

Cabin was extremely clean and provided all amenities needed for our large group. Kitchen fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Amazing view of the mountains and valley. Totally exceeded our expectation. We are already planning a return visit in the Fall!!!

We loved our stay at the Golden View Lodge. The house was clean, it had everything we needed, and the view was amazing! We got great use out of the pool table and the hot tub after hiking all day. There are also plenty of dishes and glasses in the kitchen so you don't have to bring your own. We can't wait to come back!

We have stayed at one of the Smoky Mountain Secluded Cabins 4 times now and they are fantastic people to work with. Our recent stay at Simply Golden was our second time staying at this cabin. The fire pit area is fenced in and perfect for our dog. Game room is great fun and entire cabin is very homey feeling.

Wonderful location close to the park and Pigeon Forge. Secluded enough with a great fenced in back yard for the pups. It was able to accommodate my large family without it feeling crowded. 10/10 would recommend.

Spring break 2023! We had a wonderful time with family and friends. The cabin was beautiful and the views were amazing! The kids loved spending time at The Island, enjoying the rides and dancing to the fountain show. Highly recommend Mellow Mushroom and the Old Mill Pottery House Cafe. The adults enjoyed some test tasting at Old Smokey and some of us got tattoos at The Black Orchid II. We look forward to our next visit. ??

My husband and I planned a spur of the moment trip for our first anniversary. We decided to stay at this beautiful cabin. It was everything we could have hoped for in a romantic getaway. The cabin was cozy, clean and very comfortable! We can’t wait to come back again!

This place was very nice and in a great area. There was plenty of space and again was very clean. Check in was also very easy. Would stay here again.

We had a group of 11 people and had a wonderful time. This is the 4th time to stay in this cabin and it is always wonderful. A well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to play games and watch television. The hot tub is wondeful and the location is perfect. Highly recommend.

We had the best time! The accommodations were topnotch! Even when it snowed and couldn't get the van up the hill, they came and brought salt to melt the ice!!! Beautiful cabin with ALL the amenities! Couldn't have asked for more!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 11. It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more items, but we managed just fine. We would consider staying again. It was very cold outside so we were inside for most of the time where it was nice and warm. The grandchildren enjoyed the game tables. We had a wonderful time.

We absolutely loved the Family Memories Cabin. There were no issues and everything was clean. The hot tub was fabulous. I highly recommend this location because of its proximity to everything. The cabin is nestled perfectly between Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, & Cades Cove. Attractions are 20-30 minutes drive in each direction. If you want the best food around, you don’t have to drive to eat at the Old Mill or the Apple Barn. Elvira’s is only a mile down the road and I can promise you is the best country cooking you will find. We will definitely be staying here again.

In 2010, our family started a tradition of celebrating both Thanksgiving and Christmas in what we call our "Thanksmas Holiday" by going to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. We utilize the first weekend in December for this. Nine years ago, we were lucky enough to find Black Bear Hollow as a venue and the amazing owners, The Tisch Family, provide excellent hospitality at any of the secluded cabins that provide the very best in amenities. Generally, we stay at Bear Falls and Bear Lodge for this event and over the years, my wife and I have often returned to stay in Bear Ridge or Bear Creek for our personal vacations. We feel at home in Black Bear Hollow and will not think of staying anywhere else in that area of Tennesse.

This was a great cabin...it met all our expectations and more! Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The cabin is very well maintained and has a spectacular view! Thanks, Ken

The cabin was amazing. There were no problems at all. It was very clean and they aloud us to check in early. The view was so Beautiful. I would give this cabin a 5 Star.

What a Fantastic Cabin for a large family. We decided that instead of giving a bunch of toys to our grandkids this year, we would do a destination Christmas and take them all to Tennessee. This cabin did not disappoint! From the comfortable beds to the wonderfully large living space, and game room, it fit our family well.

We only had three days to stay but WOW, 'fabulous' is one word to describe the house and we had such gracious hosts, even helped us find the location in the dark. The facilities were nothing but magnificent with everything needed to enjoy a very comfortable stay - even when it was cold outside. The views were spectacular from way above any surrounding houses. The decorations all around matched the mountain beauty - even some with a spiritual message. We would like to plan another visit when the leaves are still on the trees and the temps are a bit warmer. We left with marvelous memories and footprints of a bear on the side of the car - a visitor one night after rain that gave him a muddy paw.

Everything was perfect! This cabin is so comfortable and easily accessible. This was at least our 4th rental here. My husband and I absolutely recommend Golden Memories to any couple who want a relaxing few days in the mountains!

I believe this is the 5th time to stay in your cabin in Wears Valley. Very quiet and peaceful- great location! The cabin is always very clean which is a plus! This cabin was a perfect place to get away and relax in the mountain setting. This was one of the few places that accepts pets and was pet friendly. Parking was somewhat limited, but close to cabin. There is only room for two vehicles. The view was perfect. The cabin was clean and a very good layout. The back deck was huge and well equipped to set out and overlook the mountains. Would highly recommend for a relaxing get away. The location was also convenient to local shops as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Lots of shops to suit any needs. Will definitely consider going back.

We have been staying at family memories annually for more years than we can remember. It’s centrally located with great views.

My family had the opportunity to stay in an awesome mountain cabin that made us feel like we were home. The views were spectacular. The amenities were great. The bedrooms were spacious and afforded a lot of comfort. This surely was named correctly, Heaven’s View. We enjoyed our stay and are planning our next reunion already. The leasing agents were wonderful and great to work with.

This property was just the getaway our family needed. It was secluded and peaceful. We were only 30 mins from the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge strip. The cabin was spacious enough for our family. We give it all 5 stars ??!!!
