A clean cabin with everything we needed. And you can't beat the view! There was enough space for everyone - and the two big dining tables made meal time easy.

This cabin was exceptionally perfect and suited for our needs. We can't say enough about it!

We really enjoyed how close everything was, but yet so secluded. It was the perfect cabin for our annual girls trip. We will definitely be staying here again! The host were so accommodating and quick to answer with any questions.

The cabin was as described. Donn was great in replying and giving info. We like the keyless entry. Enjoyed the fire pit and jacuzzi. The fenced in area was a plus, since we took our dog with us. The view from the second floor living room over looked the valley. Take your binoculars! The living room gas fireplace was nice. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable, big plus. We would recommend the Simply Golden cabin to others and stay there again.

Cabin was clean, furniture and beds very comfortable, view and sunsets spectacular. Hot tub was a great bonus

My husband and I came here for the second time for our anniversary and valentines week. We loved it as much as we did the first time we came. Very clean, private, quiet, and perfect distance to everything we wanted to do. We love it here and will be back .

Our family has rented from the Tisch family cabins for over 10 years. Every Cabin we rent has been very clean and exactly what was shown on the website. If we had an issue, it was addressed immediately. We will continue to rent and have passed out the website to friends that have now rented.l you can always count on beautiful views from each cabin. I cannot stress the cleanliness, and the wonderful condition of each Cabin.

This place is fantastic for large families! We had 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. Our four kids, their significant others and two grand babies all fit in the "man cave" basement and enjoyed the kitchen, fireplace, pool table, tvs and hot tub down there! We were on the first floor with an amazing master bath, fireplace and gorgeous living room. We still had a bedroom and bath to spare. Thank you for a great family vacation!

This Cabin was by far the best I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying while taking a much needed break!! Plenty of space for more than one family to enjoy together!! I had asked for a Christmas tree and they made sure my needs were met with the most beautiful Christmas decorations and a lovely tree!! Definitely recommend this lovely Cabin. We’ve stayed in this cabin several times, and as usual, it was a wonderful experience! The cabin is so clean and well equipped, all we needed to bring was food. My youngest granddaughter was so excited to find there was already a.decorated Christmas tree in the great room. You feel you’re at home with plenty of room to spread out! The two long tables can accommodate one for eating, and the other for a puzzle, card games, etc. The Tisch family are very nice and accommodating. They are easily contacted if there are any questions.

Our family has utilized Bear Falls for our family's celebration of Thanksgiving & Christmas in what we call our "Thanksmas" Holiday. The cabin is very spacious and well maintained with all the amenities needed for great family fun. We have already booked it for 2024. Thanks for the GREAT hospitality.

It's our most favorite cabin in Wears Valley, and it's a cliche, but it really is our home away from home. Accommodations, amenities and hospitality are excellent. It was our tenth year in a row of celebrating Thanksgiving & Christmas ... our family's "Thanksmas" Holiday in Black Bear Hollow. Absolutely love the Cabin.

This cabin way surpassed out expectations! Clean, stocked, and the VIEW! My teens loved the pool table, air hockey, DishTV and nights in the hot tub. It was so relaxing after a day out and about. Love that it's in Townsend! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Our group of 10 friends enjoyed our stay at Golden View very much. The cabin was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The view off the back deck was indeed golden. The owners were attentive and kind. I’ve visited the Smokies at least 20 times with family and friends and this is the nicest cabin I’ve stayed in.

We have stayed at this cabin 8 or 9 times. We always enjoy the cabin and the wonderful view. This year we were greeted by a mother bear and two cubs. They were a real treat.

Beautiful house with privacy and phenomenal views. Our group of 10 adults had plenty of room. The house was very clean and well equipped. The huge deck had ample, comfortable seating to enjoy the view and peaceful setting. We were even treated to a visit from a beautiful, calm mama bear and her two cubs, as well as another single bear. One of the many highlights of our stay. The owner was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend Golden View Lodge.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin with the best view in Wears Valley. We had a group of 15 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Parking for several vehicles without blocking anyone in. Would definitely stay here again, we even discussed going ahead booking again for next year as this an annual trip.

The Family Memories Cabin was great once again! Kinda felt like coming home! The location is great for anything that you want to do. Cabin is very clean and well maintained, and has plenty of room. We’re planning to return in the future and will be using Smokey Mountain Golden Cabins. Probably Family Memories again! Definitely 5 stars from us!

My family and my two siblings and their families thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of room to have fun together and yet be apart if that’s what we wanted. The view was amazing and we got a visit from a mama black bear and her two cubs twice! Thanks for making our family getaway a fantastic memory!

This is a great cabin to stay. I will give a five star rating is close to all the attractions in Gatlinburg, is also well equipped and clean. We were so impressed because we had the opportunity to see a mama bear with her 3 little cubs. The owners were very nice always asking how we were doing and if we needed anything. A great experience that we will never forget hopefully we can be back soon.

The cabin was beautiful and spacious. Was surprised to find an extra half bath. There was lots of towels and a loaded spice rack. But only a couple days worth of dish washer tabs. I left a pack under the sink. The kids really enjoyed all the games. When one of the kids locked us out of a bedroom the host responded to my text right away and was able to tell us how to unlock it. We saw a family of bears during our stay. They were so cute!

My family of nine enjoyed our time at Black Bear Lodge. Cabin was clean and well stocked with starter supplies (we brought additional paper towel, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc), microwave, coffee pot in addition to usual kitchen appliances and utensils/pots. Hot tub was nice, front porch relaxing. Perfect location for the activities we chose to do. Would recommend bringing additional blankets if weather cooler but plenty of towels/wash clothes on site.

Great Great views of the rolling hills and the valley. Plenty of room for everyone. Home was clean and inviting. Love the number of bathrooms and the linens and towels were plentiful. Will definitely be looking at your homes first for future travels.

This cabin was everything I could have hoped for! The view is breathtaking! When I arrived I actually cried! The cabin and the view took my breath away! My whole family was together. We made family memories. The owners were very nice and answered all texts! I would recommend this beautiful cabin!!

We ventured to the Smoky Mountains for our annual family vacation and the Golden View Lodge was perfect! Close to Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge but secluded and quiet. The views are breathtaking and the wildlife did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for the memories.

The cabin is beautiful, with everything you could want or need. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. It does take about 10 minutes to get to the attractions, but it's worth it for the quiet and privacy. And the view is absolutely breathtaking! My one note would be for them to update some of the light fixtures, as it is kind of dark in the master bathroom and pool room. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!
