Everything that we could want for our family's stay in a vacation home! We all loved the view, the privacy, the cabin itself, and the fact that it was obviously well taken care of. We will be returning!

The cabin was absolutely wonderful. The view was amazing. The pictures did it no justice. Was located near everything within 15-20 min drive. The drive up to the cabin was descent roads not narrow and to curvy like some. Would diffently recommend this for anyone in a large group. There is enough room for everyone to have there space. There were 5 adults and 6 teenagers with us. They loved the pool table and hot tub. Would diffently stay here again.

We loved our stay at Bear Cave Cabin! As big fans of Cade's Cove, we appreciated the opportunity to stay somewhere closer to that section of the park. After long days spent hiking, it was wonderful to return to a cozy, brightly lit, and well-stocked cabin. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our little getaway.

The Bear Ridge cabin is in a quiet, secluded area that is not too far off the beaten path. The cabin was clean and spacious. We had no problems with anything while we were there. The hot tub was fantastic. I would highly recommend this cabin.

We have stayed at Black Bear Hollow Cabins several times. We have never been more than pleased with our stays. Mark and Danny have always been so helpful from the time we make the reservation to the time of our departure. Look forward to our next visit.

Once again we all had a fantastic time at your condo in Orange Beach. The accomodations are first class and the weather was the best in years which allowed us to spend a lot of time on the balcony taking in the beautiful views.

We enjoy our staying and really we wish to come again even my other friend's who hear about our enjoying they plan to come in May.

We greatly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Bear Mountain Cabin. The cabin was very clean, well stocked for the most part, and laid out well for our party of 7. We were blessed with over 8 inches of beautiful snow the morning of check-out, and we were very grateful for the owners taking the time to clear the driveway out so we could depart that day. We had problems with the fire place pilot light staying lit but did communicate with the owner who helped us get it lit again. Our kids enjoyed the big hot tub and the pool table. Overall, the cabin is very clean and great for a 2-family getaway. We will be back again and greatly appreciate the owners being so kind, considerate, and making sure we enjoyed our stay!

We very much enjoyed our vacation in the Smoky Mountains. The cabin rental was perfect. It is a nice location and convenient to all the things we wanted to do and see.

When I first pulled up to the cabin, I was feeling disappointed - I thought it would be bigger. After walking in the door, I was pleasantly surprised. From the outside it looks small, but it was arranged so well that my family of 8 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 toddler fit with plenty of room to spare. The drive to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge is a very pretty drive, probably about 20-30 minutes with heavy Christmas week traffic. Townsend seems like a really nice little town with a lot of activities, but most are closed during the winter. The home was clean, well organized, and neat. We did have a small problem during our stay, but Danny answered the phone and promptly responded - even offering to personally come out to fix the problem that same day. We will definitely stay at this location again in the near future. * If you visit here, don't forget to take the driving tour at Cades Cove in the National Park. 11-mile loop through Cades Cove is a really nice way to spend a rainy afternoon enjoying the sights!!!

Our second visit to this beautiful condo was just as wonderful as our first. We love staying in this condo even though there are only 4 of us requiring only 2 bedrooms. Even though a smaller condo would suit us well, we have come to love this condo. We enjoy watching television and relaxing on the comfortable reclining sofas, eating meals we have fixed in the well appointed kitchen on the beautiful dining room table, as well as sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view of the sunset each evening. This is becoming such an enjoyable November tradition of ours, and we know what to expect when we book this condo. We know it will be clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Such a wonderful week! We are already planning on next year and are actually trying out one of the mountain cabins in February so our Southern grandbaby can see snow! We know the quality of the cabin will be exceptional.

Our cabin was beautiful inside and out. We really enjoyed the woods and space between neighboring cabins. Most places are right on top of each other, but this one gave us the seclusion and solitary that we were looking for. Thank you so much for a great weekend. We will be back.

As soon as we walked into the cabin we knew we had rented a special place. The view we received thru the 10 seat dining table was only surpassed by the view thru the windows in the cathedral ceiling family room. My wife sat down as we marveled at our luck in renting such a beautiful cabin, she stated "I could live here and never leave". I felt the same way. We finished touring the bedrooms, the master is on the main level along with family room and kitchen. Upstairs on second floor, there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 facing the valley, does have a small bath with shower, with double bed, sliding glass doors with small deck. Bedroom 2, has a large adjoining bath with garden tub , shower, double bed , small deck with a view up Wears Valley. Bedroom 3 has no bath but does share the large bath down hallway with bedroom 2, queen size bed, view of Wears Valley. Lower level, we found a spacious game room, with gas fireplace, 42 inch flat screen , Sliding glass door opening onto large wrap around deck. Pool table, air hockey and fooseball table. Bedroom 1, has a queen size bed, a set of glass doors opening onto rear deck. Bedroom 2, a set of log double bedded bunk beds, there is 1 bath on lower level shared between both bedrooms. On this same level on deck is the hot tub. Back to main level on the rear deck is the gas grill with tables for outside dining, Adirondack chairs are spaced all along the deck. Master bedroom has king bed, set of sliding glass doors, 2 person shower, single vanity sink. All in all we loved the cabin, a beautiful location, a beautiful cabin, thru a private gate.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary with a stay at Paradise View, and I can say that it's the most aptly named cabin we have ever stayed at in the Smoky Mountains! The view goes on, and on, and on. Magnificent! The cabin itself is cozy. All the appliances are modern. Satellite TV in every room and WiFi keep you connected when you need to be. The decor is just right and everything is well maintained. The view from the hot tub is too good to be true. I will say the drive up the mountain can be a bit unnerving until you get used to it, but it added to the fun for us! If you're on the fence about this one, I highly recommend that you climb down on the yes side. You won't regret it! Thanks for an awesome anniversary stay Danny & Tara!

Our entire family enjoyed our third vacation at Over the Rainbow the end of October and early November. The weather was perfect and the trees were gorgeous all over the area. The views from the amazing cabin were breathtaking! Our family enjoyed drives through Cades Cove and hiking to Abrams Falls. The cabin has perfect accommodations for all of us with a great kitchen and dining area. It is always clean and a wonderful place to enjoy each other with conversation, movies, games and family meals. After missing our family vacation last year due to health reasons for some, it was great to all get together again this year at Over the Rainbow. This vacation more than exceeded our expectations. When we walked in the condo, all my family could say was "wow!". We so enjoyed the amenities, including the beach, indoor and outdoor pools. We had something to do regardless of the weather. And the morning sunrises and evening sunsets we spectacular. We so enjoyed the large patio, listening to the waves and socializing or reading a book. The Bear Ridge cabin in Black Bear Hollow was a lovely place for a fall getaway. The cabin was spotlessly clean and obviously well maintained when we arrived. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, private and scenic- everything we had hoped for. The living area was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed our quiet mornings there, sipping coffee. Having had a great stay in these cabins before and now returned, we definitely recommend the accommodations in Black Bear Hollow.

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for a week and had an absolutely wonderful time. The home is decorated very nicely, is comfortable and clean. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of space for our family. The area is extremely peaceful, feels like it's away from it all, but it's only a few minutes drive to get to everything. The home had everything we could possibly need and want. Mark was incredibly kind and answered any question or needs extremely quick. If you are looking for a home that will provide you a quiet, tranquil space, where you feel like your business matters, and enjoy sitting out on the (many) porches taking in the sunsets, dolphins, fishing, and Gods beautiful creation, then this house is for you! Thanks for opening up your home to us and creating a comfortable space for a family to come and get away from everyday life. We will be back!

We loved bear Creek cabin. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Everything we needed was supplied and more! It was secluded and the rustic vibe was great. We would definetly recommend this cabin and wish we could have stayed longer .

We had a wonderful time and the cabin was just perfect. We had stayed there one other time and were pleased that you added an overhang to the porch outside and tables to eat at since we last stayed there, when the cabin was brand new. We will definitely stay there again.The view is awesome! The place was immaculate!

We rented to cabin for a family get-together, with a party of 12 adults. We found the cabin very clean and the view was incredible. There was plenty of sleeping accommodations and the beds were comfortable. The decks were great with lots of seating to enjoy the outdoors. We found the dining room table very hard to use as the benches are not made with "old" people in mind, would have been great for kids. The living area was adequate but no place to seat everyone just to sit and talk. Luckily we spent a lot of time shopping and at the shows. It was a fun time and we appreciate the use of your cabin.

Indeed, Paradise! Best cabin for two couples, with double king suites, very well appointed in every way. Perfect working order on everything and spotless thanks to the great cleaning team. The pool table was a real plus, and xbox, games, wow! But, in the end, it is all about the awe insiring view, guessing 50 miles unobstructed northward. The Tisch-Orr family is the best. Thank you.
