Great cabin. Private, Secluded, amazing views, and very convenient location!

We were fortunate enough to stay at Precious Memories Cabin outside of Townsend, TN. The cabin had everything that we needed, including space, TVs, a full kitchen, a hot tub, and great views. We could not have been more satisfied with the cabin and the rate that we payed to stay. Thanks for having us!

Danny is always so accommodating and congenial, and turned the fireplace back on during the cold snap.

This was our second stay in Black Bear Lodge and it was just as wonderful as our previous stay. We love the location because it offers seclusion and the cabin was well stocked and very clean. The owner, Jerry was very friendly and quick to fix a small repair in the bathroom. Couldn't ask for a better stay and we are already planning our next trip.

We come up every year for my birthday. I think this was the best one ever. Loved our cabin. It was clean neat and just perfect for my husband and I. Loved the area it was so quite. Just loved everything about this cabin we will definitely be back. Thank you for letting us rent bear cave. Love it. Donna And Robert

This is one of the cleanest cabins we have ever stayed. The beds are very comfortable. We love Cade’s Cove and this was a great place to stay because it is so close. You also don’t have to fight all the traffic staying at this location.

Our family stayed here and had an outstanding experience. I travel way too much and stay in lots of places. This cabin was a great refreshment and restful time for our family to relax and have fun together. All utilities functioned, there were plenty of towels and it was a cozy environment. Further, they were kind on the phone and got us in a great place for our family.Thank you again.

It's usually just the 2 of us and it seems like home away from home, except in the very peaceful mountains. The cabin is always nice, well kept and comfortable. I really like the privacy and the quiet. Danny has been great to deal with and we always look forward to our return visit. Definitely 5 of 5 rating.

We love this cabin! It was so clean and well stocked. The owners were so attentive and got back quickly with all our questions. It is a great location, close enough to Gatlinburg and secluded enough to have that mountain cabin feel. We would definitely stay there again! You will not be disappointed!

We stayed at Over The Rainbow for 3 nights during New Years Eve weekend with our 4 adult children and spouses and our 6 grandchildren. This was so much fun. The location is perfect. We loved being away from the crowds. It was close enough in for a meal out or for shopping. The cabin is beautiful. The grandkids loved the air hockey table and theater room. We cooked most of our meals with ease and loved the family time. We would definitely rent again.

We stay in two different cabins owned by the same people. Everything was clean and cozy. I loved being so close to Cade's Cove. I was pregnant with our first and only child while we were there, and we could not agree on his name until this trip. It will always be a special trip for us to reflect on, and a special place for us to visit in the future. We ended up naming our son Caden while driving through Cade's Cove while we were there. We plan on bringing Caden (now 2 1/2 years) to visit, and stay in one of the same cabins. We look forward to making it an annual visit, and a chance to tell our son the story of how we came up with his name. Everything about the trip was perfect, and stress free. We still tell people about the cabins we stayed in, and if they want something secluded and relaxing to stay in one of the cabin we stayed in during our visit. If you want seclusion, clean cabin, not too far of a drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, with an amazing view, and close to Cade's Cove....this is the cabin for you!

We stayed at the cabin with our great granddaughter. She said it was the most beautiful place she had ever seen. We three felt the love of the cabin. The weather was exciting and felt like magic around us. The cabin was well equipped and clean. Will stay again!!.

Great cabin at a great price for a larger family. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the cabin. The deck and seating is awesome and has a great view. If you are looking for a cabin that is comfortable and clean, Smoky Mountain Memories would be hard to beat.

We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our 20th anniversary trip!!! Both cabins were very clean and well kept. Bear Creek cabin was very peaceful and quiet. Paradise View had amazing views! We returned home last night and are already trying to decide when we will go back and stay for a whole week.

Love that I found this place. Pictures of Bear Mountain Cabin on website do it no justice, it is beautiful, private and roomy. It was alot of room for just My husband, myself and dog but it was sooo worth it. Im sooo thankful they had just the availability I needed. The owners responded quickly to my thousand questions...lol. They never acted like I was a bother and were very helpful. Cabin from the driveway and when it was light up at night was breathtaking. It was clean and had everything we needed almost, even though i brought alot of our own stuff. It was nice that it had supply just incase we forgot something. We didnt use alot in the cabin since it was just us 2 and we were away most of the time exploring TN, but did enjoy the hot tub. Quiet and relaxing. I would definitely look forward to staying in one of your cabins in the future. Thank you so much for helping make our Anniversary Vacation happen.

I brought my husband here for his 40th birthday. The cabin was absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed and it was so clean! I’ve never felt more comfortable away from home. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Sitting outside at night and seeing the stars with such clarity may have been my favorite part. This was definitely the most relaxing getaway we’ve ever had. We will be sure to stay here again.

The cabin was great! The location cannot be beat! Best view that we have had in all the years coming to the mountains! Cabin was well-stocked and any service request was handle promptly and resolved! Would suggest some type of storage/closet in the lower double suite and the upper loft bedroom. Otherwise, we loved the cabin and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely reserve again next year! My cousin and I, both seniors stayed in Black Bear Ridge cabin. It is the 3rd time I have been with you and the 2 nd time in this particular cabin. It was clean and very comfortable. The weather did not cooperate so we did not get to enjoy the back deck, but I loved sitting on the cover front porch listening to the rain. Townsend is a lovely town with interesting shops and within easy driving distance to the best the Smokey Mountains have to offer. We were not interested in night time entertainments and were very content. The satellite TV, and comfortable accommodations wad just what we were looking for on our trip. The Wi-Fi was an added bonus. I hope to be able to return soon. 5 stars

We loved staying at Paradise view for our honeymoon! The cabin is gorgeous with a wonderful kitchen and front porch. The views are incredible and there are so many attractions available in the area. We enjoyed a lazy day at the cabin, hiking scenic trails and the many options of shows near by. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. I highly recommend this cabin.

We were very happy staying at this cabin. The location was very close to Cades Cove, which is our main focus when we stay in the Smoky's. The cabin had a fully furnished kitchen, two very nice full bath's with shower and tub. Hot tub was very relaxing. Beautiful view at the cabin to take a morning walk. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!!!

We stayed at Over the Rainbow and we were in awe from the moment we walked in. The place was so clean and smelled good. The amenities inside and outside the cabin make it so you don’t want to leave while there. We were looking for a quiet relaxing vacation and we definitely had it here with being able to sit on the deck and enjoy the view. We did have an issue arise while there and Mark had someone there the same day to fix it. This shows that Mark and Debbie care about their business and want to make sure everyone that rents from them enjoys their time. This was our second time staying at Mark and Debbie’s cabins and they are the only people we will continue to rent from when in the Smoky Mountains. We will be back next time with the rest of the family.

The cabin was very nice. Very clean and a well stocked kitchen. Owners were great people to deal with and the self check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at black bear cave. Our log home was just as advertised clean comfortable and quiet. We will be returning next year for sure.

Great location for exploring Cades Cove and still be able to get to Gatlinburg when desired. Cabin is well stocked and clean. Hot tub on back deck is great on cool evenings

We really enjoyed staying at Bear Mountain. Loved the secluded setting. The layout of the cabin was just right for us. We have stayed at a lot of different cabins over the years and this is our favorite by far. We plan on staying here again.

My husband and I celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary this past weekend at Bear Cave cabin. The cabin could not have been more perfect! It was cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean! Thank you so much for providing a place that we could get away from it all and enjoy each other without distractions! We absolutely plan to return (maybe we'll even bring the kids next time! ;) )

From the moment we first stepped into "Over the Rainbow", we knew that this trip was going to surpass any of our prior vacations to the mountains! Ten family members traveled from Ohio, Nebraska, & SC to celebrate Dad's 80th Birthday together to one of his favorite vacation destinations. This clean, well-appointed cabin has it all: Amazing mountain views from every location, 3 huge decks, plus romantic bedroom balconies, comfortable outdoor seating & dining areas, relaxing jetted hot tub, & a new gas grill! That's just the exterior! The interior cabin is gorgeous too! It was clean, smelled fresh, has pretty cabin decor, with plenty of space for us to hang out together in the kitchen/dining areas or in the beautiful Great Room with enough comfortable seating for everyone! We had a blast watching the game & our own DVD movies in the lower level theatre room! There are 10 comfy recliners with cup holders, big screen TV, & surround sound to give that real cinema-like experience! The private cabin setting felt as if we were on our own mountain with no other cabins nearby, but on the flip-side, we felt secure knowing our road was safely gated. Those of us who liked to get out & about enjoyed many of the nearby attractions: Clingman's Dome, Cade's Cove, Dollywood, the Arts & Crafts Circle & the new Skylift in Gatlinburg. Make sure you stop in at the little cabin craft store near the Fawn Hollow Gate...it's run by a Presbyterian Group as a ministry for talented Appalachian crafters. We all found lovely little treasures to buy there! It was sad to leave this gorgeous, family-friendly cabin home & it's amazing mountain views! We sincerely hope to come back again next year! One last important detail: the owners, Mark & Debbie, are very personable & kind people to work with. We had to head up from SC earlier than planned due to the effects of Hurricane Irma & they were quite understanding & accommodating. We felt truly blessed to spend this Milestone Celebration together at "Over the Rainbow"! Our Dad can't stop talking about it! Thanks again, Mark & Debbie!

My family and I stayed in the Paradise View cabin to escape Hurricane Irmaand we couldn't have been more pleased. We were so impressed with how beautiful, new, and clean everything was. We will definitely recommend Black Bear Hollows Cabin to everyone we know. We can't wait to go back. Thank you Danny and Tara for making us feel like we had a home when ours was too dangerous to stay in. Nothing but compliments on the cabin it really is everything it's described to be and more. Pictures show it's beautiful but they don't do it justice, it's much more amazing in person.
