We had family week! 6 adults 4 grand kids. Condo was great! Great location and place to stay. Host weee just a call away ! Very professional and good folks!

My family and I loved the cabin. It was spacious and comfortable. My kids loved sitting on the porch looking at the mountains as the sun set. Thank you for giving us memories to remember.

We rented this cabin to take the kids and grandkids to the mountains for the Christmas lights. It met every expectation. Very comfortable beds and had all the items we needed for the stay. This is in a gated community and didnt have any close neighbors. Hope to rent again in the future.

Our second stay at this gorgeous cabin with great views! They accommodated an additional nights stay as it was raining a couple of days and we wanted to see more sites. Danny and Tara are great to work with and they respond very quickly! Definitely a must stay!

Had a great time staying at Precious Memories cabin. It is secluded enough to give you a sense of privacy but is close enough to Pigeon Forge and many scenic roads to explore. This is the 3rd time we have rented a cabin from the Tisch and Orr family and they have been great to work with and very accommodating. Hope to be back in the fall. Thank you for the use of your cabin.

We had a lovely time in this home! Everyone had their own bedroom with en suite bathroom. The game room downstairs was our favorite room but the very best feature was the decks! Coffee in the mornings, lunch in the afternoon or wine and cheese in the evening, it was the favorite place to be. We are looking forward to next year on this same porch!

We love this families cabin/ cabins, they are always quick to respond and friendly renters, although we never need them while there bc the cabin is always prestine. We have been staying at this families cabin(s) for years, we are there yearly. It is our home away from home, no other place we would rather be, we HATE leaving. The location is amazing if you love the country side and living on the out shirts of the city/ tourist life while still being close to all the must dos the town(s) have to offer. It is also gated which we love and you don't see your neighbors which is another plus to most cabins you rent in Galtinburg/Pigeon Forge. We will be back next year and already can't wait!

Tremendous respite occurred&cabin was outstanding!!

We loved staying in the Black Bear Hollow cabin in Townsend, TN over the Holiday and my birthday. The cabin was amazing from the location, to the hot tub, to the cleanliness of it, all in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. I would highly recommend booking one of their lovely cabins. I had a wonderful time with my family and would stay there again on a returned visit to the mountains. 5 stars all around.....

Bear Ridge is one of our favorite cabins in Black Bear Hollow. For the last 9 years we have celebrated Thanksgiving & Christmas with family in Black Bear Hollow. The owners of all the cabins that we utilize provide 5+ stars hospitality and we are truly grateful for the excellent accommodations. Bear Ridge is also our choice for a winter getaway in late January.

We love this big cabin. There’s something for everyone and enough space our large family. Perfect location for us, outside the hustle and bustle of town. The views can’t be beat. We had a wonderful family vacation. Thanks Debbie and Mark!!

Your home is beautiful. This mountain side location is amazing! The layout of the home worked great for our large family. The home was very clean. Our children, grandchildren and my brother traveled here from Michigan, Indiana, Florida and Arizona for a week of fun and relaxation. So may great memories were made. We are so blessed to have stayed at a place that quickly felt like home to us all. Nobody wanted to leave. We will definitely want to come back again.

Absolutely beautiful views surround this cabin. Lots of space for a big group to eat and visit. Clean cabin with a very well stocked kitchen. Owners were great to work with and responsive to questions.

The house is spectacular. I has easy paved access and a wonderful view. The kitchen is equipped to cook for a large group. The beds are comfortable and everything in the place is very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice spacious cabin for the GSM!! The most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets I have ever seen from the Precious Memories Cabin. Danny was great to work with, we traveled with 3 Harley's in an enclosed trailer and made it work in the driveway. Cabin was stocked with things that we needed, which was helpful! Coming back next year!!!!

Great location to everything, nice cabin, as advertised. Saw 3 bears at the cabin, so be vigilant. The names of these cabins are authentic, apparently. Will definitely try to go back again. Management seems great. Throw away the phones and light a fire and enjoy the peace.

We had an amazing time at Precious Memories! The cabin was wonderfully located, isolated with amazing views, clean and fit 8 of us with more than enough space. I can't recommend enough and will definitely be back!

We had 14 family members stay and all enjoyed their time at Over the Rainbow. The view was beautiful and we saw a mother bear and 3 cubs from the decks. Very exciting.

We loved the location and seclusion of this cabin! It was close to the hiking trails and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The cabin had all the modern amenities and when we got locked out, they were quick to get us back in! Thank you!!

Great stay! Beds were comfy and the view was amazing. The best part of vacation was enjoying the evenings after a busy day of being "tourists" on the back deck with the family! This cabin is more remote than others so be prepared for a bit of a drive but it is definitely worth it. Another highlight.... seeing 2 bears cruising around the neighborhood one morning!

Nice place to stay and very comfortable

My family had a wonderful time enjoying the views of the mountains from the decks while eating breakfast and dinners. A beautiful setting, quiet and very private. Nice large flat area around the fire pit for chairs and s’mores making. Within 15 mins to gas stations, restaurant, Kroger’s and only 20 to pigeon forge. Cabin was very spacious and clean. Owners were very responsive to a issue when a storm knocked the satellite tv out and one text to the owner and a repairman was sent the next morning. He showed up exactly when he said he would fixed it in 30 mins and we were back to vacationing. We would highly recommend this cabin, good quiet place to come back to after a day in pigeon forge or Gatlinburg to relax and spend time with family.

9 of us stayed at Black Bear Lodge for three days; we wished we’d had reserved more days. It was perfect for all of our guests. It was a 50th anniversary party and couldn’t have been better. We saw two bears the last evening we were there. Highly recommend this for a large crowd

We enjoyed out stat at Black Bear Hollow Cabins. The owners were very nice and checked in before and after out stay for any needs that we had. The cabin was in a nice secluded, wooded area that really made you feel like you were in the woods. The hot tub was great for getting in at night and there was room for everyone. Thanks for a very enjoyble stay.

Our family use your cabins for every trip to Tennessee which has been many over the years. The cabin always feels like a second home and you guys are wonderful to work with about communicating prices and availability. In fact, I'm already planning the next trip in August. I will continue to verbally advertise your cabin services to everyone I know.

Rented for family getaway. Views were so amazing did not want to leave. Everything we needed to enjoy time in cabin. Ventured out to local attractions, however cabin had much more than needed to keep family entertained. We did yoga on porch, played pool, cooked, and relaxed in rocking chairs...

This was our second stay in Black Bear Hollow Cabins! Loved the accommodations and being able to enjoy a campfire at night. If planning a trip to the Smoky Mountains, this is a great place to stay.

Paradise view is our favorite place to stay when we come to Tennessee. It is always clean and relaxing. We are repeat customers and will always be. :) Next time we will stay longer.

What a wonderful time we had! As we arrived to the cabin, we were immediately pleased with the overall seclusion, cleanliness, and location for our weekend getaway. Unfortunately, rain moved into the area our first night in town but we were able to enjoy a quiet and very relaxing time indoors. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped. All the local people are friendly and extremely helpful. I am already looking forward to our next trip back to the area and will definitely be reserving another cabin here! 10 out of 10 Highly recommend!!
