Rental Agreement

GUEST?S RESPONSIBILITY
The ?Guest(s)? agree that the number of overnight guests shall not exceed at any time the maximum number permitted on the property. In the event there are more than the agreed upon number of guests at the property, a charge of $75.00 USD per extra person per night will be charged. ?Guest(s)? shall be responsible for the conduct and behavior of their invitees and shall not permit unlawful activities or disruptive behavior to occur upon the property. ?Guest(s)? will also be responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents. In the event that any damage should occur, ?Guest(s)? are responsible to pay for any and all such damages before their departure.

OWNER/AGENT RESPONSIBILITY
Owner is responsible that the property be well maintained and that any repairs needed will be done in a timely fashion. Owner , their agents or employees shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property of persons occupying said property. Owner shall not under any circumstances be held responsible for any disturbance or inconvenience to ?Guest(s)? and invitees while occupying the Property, or for the actions of its neighbors or the surrounding area.

The parties agree that the execution of this agreement can be made by the guest signing this page and transmitting by way of Telefax via MexiCosta Rentals.
RIGHT TO ENTER: Owner or MexiCosta Rentals or shall have the right to enter the Premises at any reasonable time during the term of this Agreement to inspect the Premises and to undertake and perform such duties and responsibilities as necessary.
ENFORCEMENT: The laws of the State of Nayarit, Mexico shall govern the validity, performance and enforcement of this Agreement. In the event ?Guest(s)? seeks recourse against MexiCosta Rentals, Peter Greenfield or any other individual or entity for any event occurring within the Premises, they shall be under the jurisdiction of the laws and courts of the municipality of Bahia de Banderas, Nayarit, Mexico. The ?Guest(s)? renounce all other jurisdictions present or future.
