Cancellation Policy
Please read and accept our cancellation policy before making a booking.
1. Confirmation of bookings made, require a deposit equal to the first night of accommodation for each bed booked plus any transport required during your stay. Payment to be made at the time of booking.
2. For cancellations made prior to 72 hours of the day of arrival a full refund will be given less an administration fee of A$50.00.
3. For cancellations made within 72 hours of the day of arrival no refund of the first nights accommodation fee shall be made. If a further payment has been made this amount will be refunded to you.
4. Heartline Guesthouse will always act reasonably so if you feel as though there are extenuating circumstances that have lead to the cancellation please don’t hesitate to contact us by email with the details, and we will get in touch with you.
