1. A 3 night minimum is required on most weekends. A 2 night minimum is required on weekdays.
2. Accommodations are not suitable for people with difficulties of climbing stairs.
3. Accommodations are not suitable for people with dog allergy or fear of dogs. A friendly golden retriever dog might be onsite during your stay.
4. Pets are welcome, but only if they are permitted by the host in advance.
5.Smoking is NOT allowed on the premise.
6.Check out time is 11:00 AM.
7.Check in time is 3:00 PM, but normally prearranged with the host.

1) Deposits are refundable less a $50 processing fee if we are notified of cancellation at least 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your expected arrival.
2) If notification of cancellation is less than 3 weeks (21 days) prior to your arrival day, the deposit less the $50 processing fee is refundable only if we are able to re-book the room the entire length of your reserved stay. We will make every effort to do so.
3) Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and refunds will only be made for the cancelled days that we are able to rebook.
