You may also want to rent all rooms of the Old Carson Inn as a large Group or family. In this case, you will be responsible for your own food provisions, cooking and entertainment. Please get in contact with us. We gladly offer you dates at your convenience.

If your plans require that you cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit (less $25.00/day cancellation fee) provided that we are given sufficient notification of the cancellation in advance of the confirmed arrival date.
If one (1) to three (3) room nights are reserved, we must receive your cancellation notification more than 14 days in advance of your reservation date. (Room nights = equal to the total number of nights in all rooms reserved.)
If four (4) or more room nights are reserved, we must receive your cancellation notification more than 30 days in advance of the date of your reservation date.
-- Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year
More than 30 days notification of a cancellation is also required for ALL reservations for Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Year's holiday periods.
-- Deposit
All reservations at the Old Carson Cabin must be secured by a deposit of 50% of the total lodging cost if more than one night or for a one night's stay, the total cost plus tax at the time of reservation or latest at check-in.
The deposit can be paid with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal) or check that MUST be received within one week of booking reservation. Any refunded deposit will be subject to $25.00 per night handling fee. Deposit refunds are paid by check.
--Shorten your stay
If you shorten your stay and notify us 14 or fewer days but more than 48 hours prior your scheduled arrival date, you will be responsible for one half of the cost of any un-rented night that were originally reserved for you.
Within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival, guests will be responsible to pay in full the cost of their reserved stay regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. This is also true for "no shows).
