$250 deposit by personal check, cashiers check or money order necessary to secure dates. You are also welcome to pay by credit card through PayPal securely online. There is a 3.5% transaction fee to use this service.

Five night minimum stay required (10 night minimum stay over Christmas).

Discounted rates available for stays 28 plus nights. Does not include holiday season (Dec 15 - Jan 5) or the month of February. Please inquire.

Additional charge of $10/night per person for more than two guests.

Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 10AM. Low season late check-out available with half day charge. High season late check-out only available with full day charge.

$75 cleaning charge for less than seven nights.

ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING BOTH INSIDE AND ON THE LANAI

60 days prior to arrival - full refund less $50 handling fee.
Less than 60 days - no refund unless unit is re-rented in which case refund will be made only for those days re-rented less the $50 handling fee.
