25% deposit by personal check, cashiers check or money order is required to secure dates. You are also welcome to pay by credit card through Square securely online. There is a 3.5% transaction fee to use this service.

Cancellations: Full refund for condos if cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival. After the 60 day period, refund is based on the ability to re-rent your dates. Full refund for the Cloud 9 Beach House if cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival. After the 90 day period, refund is based on the ability to re-rent your dates.

Five to seven night minimum stays required depending on unit (10-14 night minimum stay over Christmas).

Discounted rates available for stays 28 plus nights. Does not include high season of November 1st - April 15th. Please inquire.

Additional charge of $20/night per person per night for more than two guests ($30/night per person for more than 6 guests including children in the Cloud 9 Beach House).

Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 10AM. Low season late check-out available with half day charge. High season late check-out only available with full day charge.

One time cleaning fee of $125 for studio unit, $165 for one bedroom unit, $495 for Cloud 9 Beach House is added to all bookings.

CONDOS: 60 days prior to arrival - full refund
Less than 60 days - no refund unless unit is re-rented in which case refund will be made only for those days re-rented

HOME: 90 days prior to arrival - full refund
Less than 90 days - no refund unless home is re-rented in which case refund will be made only for those days re-rented
