All reservations can be made online or check availability by clicking the "Book Now" link. If you have questions or prefer to make your reservation by phone, please call on us at 646 371 9344 between 10AM and 8PM or by emailing info@janedarlinghouse.com.

We gladly accept cash, certified checks, or Credit and Debit cards.

All rooms are charged for the number of days booked plus a flat maid service fee.

Lost room keys OR keys that are not returned at check out will be charged $50
Children must bring at least one well-behaved adult as chaperone
Any additional fees for services, ancillary items /special requested items (i.e., flowers, chocolates or other) requested during your stay will be charged to your credit card used for your deposit unless you request otherwise at the time of the request.
Breakfast is served at 9am

Minimum stay required (2 nights, shorter than minimum stays will be booked to fill short room-occupancy.)
Smoking is not allowed
We cannot accommodate guest pets
Limitations on children staying.No childcare is provided
Consumption of alcohol is permitted

By booking and confirming your reservation through payment you certify that you agree to all fees and charges associated with your reservation and stay at Jane Darling House.

Rates are for two to four people and include breakfast and beverages.

*Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly, so we keep a strict policy.

Deposit amount required

- Full payment for short stays is due at time of booking to secure your reservation - (five days and less) via our booking calendar or pay pal.
- Deposit 50% via pay pal for stays over five days, - All stays over five days are invoiced through pay pal.

Cancellations:

- Twenty-one days notice to check in date: refund less $50, provided the room is reserved at which point complete refund will be issued.
- Reservation is not secure until deposit is made or paid in full for short stay visits. We reserve the right to reserve any room that has not been secured.
- Allow up to seven days for any deposit refunds.
- There will be no refunds or adjustments after arrival date.

*All payment is due thirty days prior to arrival.

*If for any reason we are at fault a complete refund will be issued
