Rental Agreement

No reservations are confirmed without a 50% deposit.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM, but you are free to store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to stay in town for a little bit longer.

Check-in time is after 3 PM and preferably before 8:30 PM. If you are arriving after 8:30 PM, please contact us and let us know what time you will be arriving.

We provide a continental breakfast daily at 8 AM.

**Guests of the apartment unit do not have access to the hotel or hotel services.

Cancellation Policy

No reservations are confirmed without a 50% deposit.

You can cancel up to 48 hours of your arrival and get a complete refund. Cancellations under 48 hours, no deposit will be refunded to the guest.
