All reservations are subject to terms of our CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY.
Our policies are designed to be fair to all of our Guests. When we accept and confirm your reservation by email we turn away all other requests. This policy is designed to completely protect you and our business. If you have any questions, please ask.
You must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation. Rates are subject to change at any time prior to your confirmation. Reservations require a deposit and a (2) night minimum stay. NO PETS ALLOWED. All cabins are NON-SMOKING. We must charge 3.90% sales tax in addition to cabin rental rates.
DEPOSIT / PAYMENT:
A deposit equal to (1/2) the total bill is required to guarantee your reservation. A $25.00 non-refundable processing fee will be charged for cancellations. If paying by Check your reservation is not guaranteed until we cash your check. All remaining balance will be due at time you Check-In and receive your key.
We accept all major credit cards, travelers' checks, money orders and cashier's checks.
Because Hunting season requires longer stays and more advanced notice, a deposit for hunting is 1/2 balance due, at the time of your confirmed reservation. NO REFUND will be given unless we are able to re-book another reservation identical to your reservation.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY:
If your reservation is cancelled prior to thirty (30) days of your arrive date, no problem, all of your deposit will be refunded, less the $25 tax, processing fee.
If your reservation is cancelled between thirty (30) and fifteen (15) days of your arrival date, half of your deposit will be refunded, less the $25 tax, processing fee.
If your reservation is cancelled less than fourteen (14) days of your arrival time, NO REFUND will be given unless we are able to re-book another reservation identical to your reservation.
No Shows, Early Departures, will be charged full price for all reserved nights.

No refunds will be considered for weather conditions.
