Rates for B&B, cottage and 1 bedroom condo are for 1 or 2 people.
Additional people $15/pp/night for up to 4 in cottage
Sorry, but we are not equipped to accommodate children under 12 in the B&B
Daily maid service is NOT provided but can be arranged for addtional charge of:
$25/night or $150/week in B&B and $45/night or $250/week in cottage.

*We do not ever take reservations for 1 night stays.
*Stays less than our published minimums will be accommodated if we can fit you in between other reservations.
*Stays less than our published minimums are subject a cleaning fee of $50 in the B&B

Check-in time is 3:00 pm
We will be happy to accommodate an early check-in if your room is ready. Please inquire with us first.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Late check-out up to 6:00 pm is available for 1/2 the daily rate. Be certain to reserve this option in advance.

Reservations
For Reservation of 2 weeks or less, we will confirm your reservations via email with a credit card deposit of $500 or you may mail us a personal check within 7 days of booking. Your balance should be paid by personal check 45 days prior to arrival. You also may pay your balance or for your entire stay by credit card, however, a 3.5% surcharge will have to be added to cover the credit card fees. No personal checks will be accepted upon check-in. If, by special arrangement, your balance has not been paid in advance, then you will need to pay by cash or traveler's checks prior to check-in. For reservation of more than 2 weeks, we require a non refundable deposit of $500 and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

For reservations of less than 2 weeks, if your plans change and you need to change your dates we will try to accommodate your change without a fee, provided the change is made at least 45 days prior to arrival for a stay within 12 months of your cancelled dates.
If you need to cancel completely, your deposit will be refunded less a $100 processing fee, as long as cancellation is more than 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations or changes after arrival or less than 45 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $100 processing fee only if your dates can be rebooked.
Deposits and paid balances for reservations of 2 weeks or more will only be be refunded for cancellations when the reserved dates can be rebooked and are subject to a $500 cancellation fee.
If by special arrangment you have agreed to pay cash upon arrival and you fail to arrive, your credit card will be billed for the full amount of your stay plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
Credit Card Processing fees are not refundable.
