3. It is necessary to fill in the form correct e-mail address.
4. Read our Rental Agreement & Cancellation policy.
5. Click on "Make Reservation" to book your apartment. Initial Reservation Payment is 15% of base rent, plus the $20 nonrefundable processing fee, to cover expenses associated with the initial reservation, is due at reservation time and applies to all reservations.
6. A new page will appear with your Reservation Details and the Initial Reservation Payment which is payable via PAYPAL, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express or Bank transfer at reservation time. You do not need to be a paypal user to make your online payment and NO REGISTRATION require, no one will see or have your credit card number.
7. You can book online with "Click here to pay now" button.
