We are an adults only facility and our guests book with the expectation of a quiet stay.

Please scroll further down and click on the availability calendar to select the date(s) that you'd like to reserve and choose your room below. Fill out the form provided and we will email you confirmation of your reservation. Please note, we require a valid credit card number only to secure the reservation. We will not charge your card, but you can choose your method of payment when you arrive at The Bayside.

Our check in time is between 4 and 6 p.m. This allows us to make sure that all rooms are ready for our guests--especially during the busy season. If you require check in before or after this time, please let us know. We are very accommodating. You're certainly welcome to drop off your luggage if you are in the area early and your room isn't ready yet but you must call ahead in case we have stepped out for an appointment or errands. For all check ins after 6:00 p.m., you may be required to use our self check in if we are not available.

Please, no check ins after 9:00 p.m. If you have a late flight and you want to spend your night with us you must let us know and we will make arrangements and instructions for your entry so that you do not disturb other guests.

Our check out time is 10:00 a.m.

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

You may cancel up to five days before your reservation with no charges on your credit card. If you cancel within those five days, the first night's room charge will be applied to your card.
(Example: for a Saturday check in, you may cancel up until Monday 6:00 p.m. NDT)

Due to the rugged landscape of our property and the architecture of our home, this property is best suited to guests 16 years of age and over.

Sometimes the Newfoundland weather can be fickle and you may encounter flight cancellations and delays. We are sympathetic to the situation but you must let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your room. Perhaps we can salvage your reservation. Otherwise, you will be charged for the first nights' booking. ALWAYS carry vacation insurance as it is in your best interest.

All rooms are on the second floor and are not wheelchair accessible.

Cancellation Policy

All rooms are double occupancy only with no children under the age of 16. Guests have made arrangements to stay with us under the assumption that there will be no young children or babies.

Please give five (5) days' notice for any cancellations or changes.
There will be a charge of one night's stay with less than the five days.
(Example: For a Saturday reservation, cancellation will be accepted up until Monday 6:00 p.m. NDT)

We hope you can appreciate that we are a small business and we rely on our short tourist season. Please give consideration for all your reservation requests.
If any prepayments are made using credit cards, please be advised that there is a $25 administration fee that is non-refundable should a cancellation be made.
