Rental Agreement
We do not accept reservations for more than one party unless the person making the reservations intends to put everyone's first night charge on their credit card. We will hold a room for 24 hours to give the other party time to call with their credit card information.
For weekend reservations we have a 2 night minimum. However, always check with us first. Due to the way some reservations are made, we may have one night openings available on some weekends.
Rooms are designed for 2 guests while 1 additional guest may be added for an additional $15.00.
Breakfast is served at 8:00am.
Cancellation Policy
We request 1 week notice on all cancellations. To receive a refund on your deposit the cancellation must be 1 week or more before your reservation date. All but $25.00 per deposit per room will be refunded to you. If less than 1 week notice is given no refund is available if the room does not get rebooked. If the room is rebooked all but $25.00 will be refunded to you. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
