As much as we dislike rules, we need to have a few:
Smoking is not permitted.
We cannot accommodate pets.
Check-in is between 3 and 8 pm.
Check-out is at 11:00 am.
A third Guest including Breakfast is 40.00 per day (Sadie Room only).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 21 or more days prior to the arrival date are 100% refundable.
Cancellations made 3 to 21 days prior to the arrival will be charged 50% of the stay.
Cancellations made 0 to 3 days prior to the arrival will be charged 100% of the stay.
*Reservations of 4 days or more require 60 days prior to the arrival date or will be charged 50% of the stay*
We will refund your card in the event that we are able re-rent the room minus a 20.00 admin fee per night.
