I understand that the Lindenhof Bed and Breakfast is for paying guests only. I agree to not invite additional persons over without speaking with the owners first.

I understand that each room accommodates only two adults.

I understand that the Lindenhof is a historic building and that smoking, burning of candles or incense, etc...is prohibited within the interior of the home for the safety of all the occupants.

I understand that the owners have the legal right to ask me to leave if my behavior becomes loud or unruly due to intoxication from excessive alcohol consumption and appreciate that the atmosphere the owners promote is one of quiet relaxation.

I agree to contact the owners as soon as possible if a cancellation is necessary, so that all attempts can be made to rebook the room.

I recognize that there are limited rooms available and that cancellations that leave empty rooms impacts the owners revenue significantly.

I understand and agree that I may cancel up to 14 days in advance without incurring any charges.

I understand that bookings of 3 or 4 rooms requires payment in full in advance, and 30 days notice of cancellations.

I understand and agree that for group bookings, each room should be held and paid for in advance by the occupant so that I am not held liable due to their cancellation.

I understand and agree that single room cancellations between 14 and 3 days in advance that cannot be rebooked will result in the issuance of a gift certificate for a weekday stay in lieu of a refund.
