Wannagan Creek Cabin Rental Agreement

Refunds minus a cancellation charge of 10% per booking will be given if notice is received more than 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less in advance of stay, a cancellation charge of no less than 50% will be applied. Maximum occupancy in the units is strictly enforced. Minimum night stay requirements may apply and vary by season. Online reservations must meet minimum night stay requirements by Management prior to being issued a confirmation. Pets are not permitted on the Resort Property. Smoking is prohibited inside the Cabins. Guests are responsible for any damage or items stolen from a cabin upon departure. Rates are subject to State and Local Taxes and are subject to change without notice.
